Matt Russell is a Tauranga based Real Estate Agent for First National. He was seeking a new look for the flyers he is using to advertise his listed and sold properties. He was looking for a more smart, modern and professional style, but he still wanted to be able to insert photos, description and information for each listing himself for a quick turnaround. I created a new look and feel and set up a "Just Listed" and a "Just Sold" template in Word. Additionally, I redesigned his "Premium Price Guide" to bring it in line with the new design.
